- Reduces reliance on fossil fuels, avoiding greenhouse gas emissions (estimated to offset over 50,500 tons of carbon dioxide per year -- equivalent to taking over 9,700 average cars off the road)

- Utilizes PV panels arrayed in fields on tracking structures that follow the sun throughout the day to optimize power production
